Terms of Use
Effective September 23, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Iron Roulette™ at ironroulette.com and any Iron Roulette apps (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by East Coast CAD LLC (“East Coast CAD,” “we,” “us”), a Maryland limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Fitness and medical disclaimer
Iron Roulette suggests exercises at random and gives general fitness information. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a physician, physical therapist, or certified trainer.
- Check with your physician first. Talk to your physician before you start any exercise program or move up to Hard or Beast, especially if you are pregnant, have or have had a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an injury, or joint or back problems, have any other medical condition, or have not exercised in a while.
- Scale every move to you. Levels, sets, reps, rest times, and form cues are general suggestions. Adjust them to your own fitness, and skip any move that is not right for you. Respin is always an option.
- Stop if something is wrong. Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, or nausea. If symptoms are severe or do not go away, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Use equipment safely. Inspect equipment before each use, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and weight limits, use collars, spotters, and safety bars for heavy lifts, and clear the space around you.
- Images show the idea, not every detail. Demonstration images and cues illustrate a move. They may not cover every safety point for your body or your equipment.
- You assume the risk. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You decide whether and how to perform each exercise, and you assume the risk of any injury that results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on your browser and on third-party services, such as your browser’s speech engine, your device’s share sheet, content delivery networks, and ad networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including its features, exercises, and levels.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or its users. Sections 1, 4, 5, and 11 through 15 continue to apply after your use of the Service ends.
11. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its content is complete or accurate, or that any exercise it suggests is suitable or safe for you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, East Coast CAD LLC and its members, managers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, loss of data, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any exercise you perform, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these may not apply to you. Where that is the case, they apply to the fullest extent the law permits.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless East Coast CAD LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland, and you and East Coast CAD consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and East Coast CAD about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
